In the middle of a modest renovation, and on a tight time line, I made a quick call to First Impressions in the hope that they’d be available for a colour consult on short notice. To my relief they were available. Cynthia and Val are a great team; they offer a professional approach infused with warmth, approachability and flexibility. Their collaborative consult resulted in a synergistic outcome - they work off of each other and the end result is an inspired set of ideas for consideration!

We are very pleased with the colour tones they recommended for our family room, office and bathroom. They confirmed some of the colours we were favouring and proposed we consider others that we may not have pursued in the absence of their prompting. I was particularly impressed with other spontaneous recommendations they made that added character and pizzazz to a shelving unit and our banister and handrail.

I was exceptionally pleased with their responsiveness and helpful recommendations. I think you will be too!
